Sue Lovemore – Nutrition and Healing in Harmony

When we are truly healthy we feel great and look our best. We are at ease within ourselves and able to make the most of our unique abilities. There is harmony between mind, body and spirit and it is easy to maintain this balance.

Sue can help you to achieve your health goals through gaining a better understanding of yourself and your needs. Through her comprehensive health-check and nutritional consultation, whatever your health goal, Sue aims to help you discover the key issues you should address first in order to achieve better health and wellbeing.

Sue uses the NES ProVision system to provide her clients with a snapshot of their key priorities. It includes an energetic analysis, helping to identify energy blockages in the body’s systems; a nutrient and food intolerance screen; and a mind and emotions screen that can help to identify particular issues that may be holding you back. It’s a powerful tool that really individualises your consultation.

Sue combines this with nutritional therapy, looking at the physiological, nutritional and lifestyle factors that combine to maintain healthy balance and good energy. Your consultation includes a thorough assessment of your current health issues and goals; your genetic health history; and your diet and lifestyle. A Health and Wellbeing Programme, with individualised dietary and lifestyle recommendations, is sent to you after your consultation.

“It’s not about identifying the health issue and giving a standard protocol, but looking at all aspects of the individual, which will be very different for each of us. It’s also about giving someone a plan that they are happy to follow and are able to fit into their lives which is very important.” Sue

Sue graduated from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in 2000 with Distinction. She’s a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). She is also afully qualified practitioner in the bio-energetic theories and uses of the NES Healthcare System and a Reiki Level Two Practitioner.
