After your workout is an ideal time to have a 15 or 30-minute massage. It can help:
- relieve tense, aching muscles
- detoxify the muscles

This type of massage takes place with the client fully clothed. No use of oils, no need to get undressed and you can arrive sweaty or not! Just turn up, relax and enjoy.
